Nationwide delivery 
- We have a low $7 postage and packaging fee per candle for nationwide deliveries

With such low courier rates we cannot deliver to post office boxes - we need a physical address
- Please use an address where you will be during the day to ensure a quick delivery i.e. home or work
- Items sent to rural locations will be held at the local depot and you will be called to pick it up from there.
- You can request the courier to leave it somewhere safe i.e "Please leave at back door if no one is home" However we do not take any responsibility for parcels that are not signed for
Shipping Policy
- Due to delayed shipments and the high number of orders, our shipping, for the short term, is 7 business days from date of purchase. We will dispatch your order earlier if possible
- Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number
- It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense
